The Payment21® Virtual Terminal allows you to accept check payments for goods or services sold over the telephone, either in a call center setting or right from your desk. The customer's checking details such as bank account number, bank routing number and any other relevant check transaction data can be easily typed into a Web-based form. Once all relevant data has been entered, submitted and authorized, our secure processing gateway automatically verifies the data and converts these transactions into a check payment using ACH or Check 21 to clear the funds.

Our Web-based Virtual Terminal enables you to create e-invoices. This feature gives you the option of entering a single invoice that is sent to your customer via e-mail. In addition, you can use the Payment21® Virtual Terminal at any location worldwide to set up your customers' periodic payments. Recurring billing offers your customers a means of saving time by automatically debiting their checking accounts with automated payments for recurring sales. With this option, your business will receive payments with minimal effort on a regular schedule using ACH or Check 21. The installment and subscription payments will mean greater customer retention as you will be offering them more choices and increasing their satisfaction.
